SpiritBox is sold through Google Play under Google Play's terms of service and refund policy. Buying it gives you a licence to use the app on your Android devices, for personal, non-commercial use. The app and its code are copyright Mario Domenech. All rights reserved.

SpiritBox is sold for entertainment purposes. It reproduces the behaviour of a spirit box radio scanner. It makes no claim that the sounds it produces come from anywhere other than the live radio stations it sweeps and the synthetic noise it adds, and no claim about the paranormal. Do not use it to make decisions about your health, safety, finances or relationships.

The audio the app sweeps is broadcast by third-party radio stations, who own it. The app plays fragments of it in real time and does not store any of it except in recordings you choose to make. Your recordings are for personal use; publishing them may involve the broadcasters' rights.

The app depends on the public radio-browser.info directory and on stations' servers, none of which we run. Stations come and go; the directory may be unavailable; a station may broadcast anything. We do not guarantee the availability or content of any stream.

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties and limit liability to the price you paid. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
